Administrative Law

Administrative law refers to the body of law regulating the public sector and which enables judicial review of decisions made by public bodies. Australian private citizens and businesses expect public sector bodies to make decisions in accordance with the legal parameters governing those bodies, and importantly, in a way that provides and upholds natural justice. Our Sydney law firms are available to represent and advise our private clients in arange of administrative law matters.

We have experience in representing clients on appeals, including in respect of claims of denial of procedural fairness.
