Peter has been a solicitor since 1977 and has been practicing for 41 years. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW (with merit) and a Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University. He graduated from the College of Law in 1977 and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and of the High Court of Australia.

Peter completed the Best Practice Standards Course run by the College of Law and is a member of Quality in Law.

Peter is dedicated to providing efficient and polished legal services to all of his clients.

Alan is an experienced lawyer who specialises in technology law. He works colaboratively with clients involved in the ploitation of technology and telecommunications solutions and regularly advises on complex contractual arrangements. He has experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of technology & telecommunications agreements, including licensing, supply, distribution, reseller,joint venture and other contracts. He advises on the formation of tech and telco deals, the provision of strategic advice to partcipants in commercial technology-centric transactions and the resolution of technology disputes, and has epresented and advised clients embroiled in Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court matters.

Joel assisted Arnotts Lawyers on a part time basis . He has graduated with a combined Journalism/Law at the University of Sydney. He is interested in Employment Law and Contracts and provides research assistance in other areas of Law.

Joel has had experience in Property Law, Wills & Estates, Employment Law, Dispute Resolution and Tenancy matters. Joel has also studied International Law at the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands as an exchange student, a very valuable experience.

He is currently enrolled in a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney and anticipates obtaining his Masters Degree in the next 2-3 years.

He is also a very avid sports fan and in particular follows Sydney FC, Liverpool FC, Hawthorn FC, and the Australian cricket team.

Wilson Chan joined Arnotts Lawyers at the beginning 2017. He is developing his legal skills in a very professional way and is now integral part of the Arnotts Lawyers Legal Team.

He graduated with Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws in 2014 and thereafter completed his practical legal training course with the College of Law.

He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2016.

He has become a valuable member of the team at Arnotts Lawyers and is involved in Property, Leases, Deceased Estates and Estate Planning matters.

Wilson is interested in Basketball, Football and travelling.

He has also has excellent IT skills and is able to resolve IT issues if they arise in the office.

Jessie Xu has been with Arnotts Lawyer as its financial controller for the past 10 years. She has expertise in MYOB and Quikbooks and keeps the financial and accounting system at Arnotts Lawyers in top shape. She is a very pleasant person to have around the office and is always smiling.

She graduated from Macquarie University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Financial Management.

Jessie is married and has two young children.

Nathan Maxfield is a casual Paralegal at Arnotts Lawyers and joined early 2017.

He has assisted in a major criminal matter for a client and which ended with a favourable result. Nathan is excellent with his organisational skills. Nathan came to Arnotts Lawyers from a large city law firm.

Nathan has been involved with office management, ordering supplies, banking, recording file notes during conferences with clients and legal research.

Nathan’s hobbies include reading books, playing musical instruments such as the piano and the guitar. Nathan also participates in Oztag competitions.

Nathan is currently studying Law at Australian Catholic University.
